Welcome to the ICoME 2017 homepage. This site provides information about the 15th Annual International Conference for Media in Education.
ICoME 2017 will held from August 2-4, 2017 on the campus of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, located in beautiful Manoa Valley, located 3 km. from the famous Waikiki Beach and from Ala Moana Center, the world’s largest outdoor shopping center.
Conference participants may stay at several university campus accommodations including the East-West Center. For those who want to stay in hotels, Waikiki is easily accessible by bus or taxi.
ICoME is an informal conference of faculty and their graduate students from Japan, Korea, China and other countries to present and discuss research and other projects relating to educational media and technology, including instructional design. It was created for graduate students in Asian countries to gain valuable international experience and present papers in English.
This event is jointly sponsored by TCC Hawaii; Learning Design & Technology, College of Education, University of Hawaii at Manoa; The Japan Association of Educational Media Studies (JAEMS); The Korean Association for Educational Information and Media (KAEIM); and the China Association for Educational Technology (CAET).Join us to enjoy the Hawaiian hospitality found in our islands!
